We can now offer “official” CON29DW reports, direct from the appropriate water company.
The CON29DW is an up to date report which confirms
- Public sewer and drainage connections
- Mains water connections
- Appropriate water company
- Whether or not the property is metered
If ordered together with one of our other property search reports then we will only charge you “cost” price for the CON29DW. That’s right – we will only charge you what we have been charged by the water company!
* Please note - if you do order the report on its own as a “stand-alone” product, then we will charge an additional £10 + VAT arrangement fee.
